work, has taken up the past five days of my vacation... work, has been very tiring... work, has kept me from being a pig.
first day back at work was quite dull. normal routine lor. but yong jie came to the shop in the evening and we went to eat dinner together. and he kept me company after dinner. he was playing games and walking round the place. at least that's something.
jurong entertainment centre has changed alot since i last worked there. one thing that's changed that most are the toilets. at least the 2nd floor toilet. they totally renovated the whole toilet to one that's similar to the ones in tampines mall and IMM lah. however, though the toilet's renovated, the crowd there haven't really changed i guess. when i went in in the morning, the toilet was sparkling clean. in the late afternon when i went in again,, at least two cubicles had it's toilet bowl soiled with shit. liquid shit and solid shit.
one thing that's been very memorable this week was something that happenned on thursday. there was this guy who bought an xbox game and he gave me an extra ten dollars. thinking he paid me the right amount, i just passed him his game and he left the shop. then i was counting the money and found out that there was an extra red note. walao. had to run out and chase the guy lah. and i was wearing those kind of really heavy 'char bor' slippers somemore. then caught up with him near the entrance. this guy made me run like more than a hundred metres in a pair of 'char bor' slippers lah. but i forgive him cos he's cute! haha...
today i spent around 20 dollars at the capsule stations. was trying to get a mickey mouse and donald duck accessory to complete my collection but i ended up turning out 5 goofys. i already got 2 goofys from yesterday's 'rendezvous with the capsule machines'. so irritating. but at least i got a mickey. now i have to figure out what to do with all the goofys that i have.
